I dont know how this has 4 stars. Aint no way. Got one worker messing around middle of store, while another one is up at the front trying to take care of customers. Huge line and the guy in middle gets told and keeps talking and shooting the crap. Another worker comes in from outside and does one customer and leaves to the back room after the customer leaves. So guess one and done? Ridiculous and they were calling each other not so great names to each other. Truly worse store. I wouldn't come back if you paid me.

I had an outstanding experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on East Eldorado in Decatur, IL. My car wouldn’t start in the freezing cold, it was negative 12 degrees outside! I was helped by Justin and Chris, and both of them went above and beyond. Justin came outside to assist me, removed the old battery, and worked with me in the cold and he found a replacement for me. Even though my old battery was dead, Justin made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Chris was also incredibly polite and kept me company while I waited. Their friendly and professional attitude made a stressful situation much more manageable. I’m grateful for their help and truly appreciate the excellent service. The management at this location should definitely know how great Justin and Chris are!
